Brown v Board of Education - California State Conference
On October 15, 2004, a Certificate of Appreciation was presented to Consul General Jeanette Ndhlovu by the Brown v Board of Education, in recognition of her tremendous contribution to the success of its California State Conference.
Black Business Association: Courage and Leadership Award
Consul General Jeanette Ndhlovu was the recipient of a prestigious award from the Black Business Business Association, at a "Salute to Black Women Conference and Luncheon" on Saturday, March 31, 2007, in recognition of her courage and leadership in promoting causes affecting women and society as a whole and also for her excellence in promoting the interests of South Africa on the West Coast. The theme for the event which celebrated National Women's History Month, March 2007, was "generations of women moving history forward".
Spring Secrets Foundation: Pink Diamond Woman of Courage Award

An upscale, private event for professional women and entrepreneurs, was held by the Spring Secrets Foundation in Los Angeles on April 29, 2007. Spring Secrets opens up marketing opportunities for individuals and companies, and promotes, new innovative and refreshing trends in various business sectors. Consul General Jeanette Ndhlovu was nominated and received the organization's "Pink Diamond Woman of Courage Award" at the event for her leadership and unwavering efforts to promote the interests of women and maintain and strengthen the relationship between the United States and the new South Africa.
LAAAWPPI's Women in Action Award
Consul General Jeanette was one of the recipients of the Los Angeles African American Women's Public Policy Institute's (LAAAWPPI) Women in Action Award. LAAAWPPI honored the Consul General together with other dynamic leaders of today that impact tomorrow. The prestigious award was presented to the Consul General on October 19, 2007 at the California Yacht Club.
The National Council of Negro Women, Inc's Lifetime Membership Award
The National Council of Negro Women, presented Consul General Jeanette Ndhlovu, its Lifetime Membership Award in support of the perpetuation of the highest ideals of womanhood, service and achievement for which the National Council of Negro Women was founded in 1935 by Mary McLeod Bethune.
California State University Sacramento: 2008 Peace Service Award
On May 3, 2008, Consul General Ndhlovu received from the California State University's College of Health & Human Services, Center for African Peace & Conflict Resolution, the 2008 Peace Service Award for her invaluable service in peace-building & human rights education in Africa and Diaspora.
